License bonds are required by many State and federal agencies. They are posted for a variety of licenses and are usually relatively easy to apply for and obtain. We retain Power of Attorney with all of our surety companies and can provide over-the-phone, instant issue electronically transmitted bonding for contractors’ license, business services and 100’s of additional classes.

Performance and payment bonds are readily available, usually within 24-48 hours for $250,000 and below. Larger bonding programs are structured carefully to address the increasing needs of a growing enterprise that performs work for public entities. We will confidentially review your financials and offer solutions to this very important need. Our local presence allows for original documents to be hand carried to your place of business, allowing you to make immediate decisions when opportunities arise as so often is the case. Additional service, at no additional charge can include review of your Request for Proposals to determine if your insurance limits and bonding will meet the requirements. Some carriers make a minimal annual charge for bid bond service ... thereafter; all bid bonds are free for the remainder of the year.
